Instructions:
Meat:
- Drizzle olive oil over tenderloin
- Rub spices on meat to your liking
- Preheat grill and cook meat for about 7 minutes on each side or until done
- spoon on extra spices and oil from bottom of the dish during cooking
Sauce:
- Caramelize onions in pan with butter
- Once onions are translucent turn down heat and add whiskey
- Allow to simmer until half of mix evaporates
- Add beef broth and allow to simmer and thicken
- Stir in heavy whipping cream and allow it to continue to bubble
- sprinkle with salt and pepper
Cut meat against the grain and drizzle sauce over the meat and serve.
